Release 0.5.0: #11, #13, #14 and #15.

• README: brought up to date for 0.5:
  • change-driven feedback, ack_lsn, max_message_size, gated sessions, wait_started, application_name, the feedback observer;
  • errors, and upgrading from 0.4;
  • the examples: the nonexistent examples feature is dropped from the README and example headers, and control_and_stream is listed.
  • Every new snippet was compile-checked.
• Version 0.5.0, and the changelog promoted with an explicit Breaking changes list:
  • PgWireError is #[non_exhaustive];
  • MessageTooLarge, with terminal refusal;
  • new ReplicationConfig fields and builders;
  • new ReplicationClient APIs and public types;
  • feedback timing.

Validation on this head

• fmt; clippy with warnings denied, default and all features, on Rust 1.97 and 1.99.
• Unit tests and doctests, docs with -D warnings, Loom, MSRV 1.88, live integration tests, cargo audit.
• cargo semver-checks against 0.4.1:
  • as a minor change, the only finding is enum_marked_non_exhaustive on PgWireError (intended);
  • as 0.4.1 to 0.5.0, no further update is required.
• cargo publish --dry-run passes: 43 files. The file list is the same as the published 0.4.1 plus src/client/feedback.rs, src/client/progress.rs and tests/auto_traits.rs.
• The packaged crate, extracted and built on its own with its locked dependencies: unit tests, integration tests, clippy and examples all pass.
