Nice your installer.
I founded some typo mistakes.
I have in plan to used your installer with BRGV-OS, it is a spin Void Linux
https://github.com/florintanasa/brgvos-void
But in first test I create automatically the partitions and copy the packgages but is not bootable, because not mounted boot partion and not install grub.
In virtual machine I used a EFI machine.
