The Diff is showing "Errata exists" under Errata, instead of the URL - is that expected?
Noting that the specStatus is ED still, maybe it's different when you generate the Rec version?
Also, previously we have committed a version of the spec with specStatus: "REC" for example here with the tag REC-ttml-imsc1.2-20200804 and made a Release with that tag. I assume we should we do the same here. We can then create a new commit that reverts the spec status to ED.
