[Feature]: Wave terminal tab close prevention mechanism

Feature description

While I may be in the minority of users experiencing this...I'm frequently, accidentally closing my Wave terminal tabs when I meant to click over to a different/sibling tab...and there is no prompt asking me if I want to close the terminal tab. This is really frustrating when I have active work/session going on and I accidentally close the tab.

Implementation Suggestion

I'd love if there was a confirmation dialog when closing a tab. Perhaps adding an option/setting in Wave terminal that allows me to enforce / turn-on the dialog/prompt that asks "Yes/No" on closing a terminal tab.

Quick question. Do you want this behavior on ALL tabs (e.g. a global setting)? Or would it work for you if we added a "protect this tab" feature. And then you got the confirmation only when a tab was explicitly protected?

I imagine a global setting would be simpler to implement and less fuss all-around? Appreciate the consideration!

I imagine a behaviour like vscode. When you close all tabs, you will go to a default blank page (or welcome page) instead of exiting. Only if you clicked the close UI button on the right-top (left-top in mac), you close the app.

just merged a PR to add a new config option: tab:confirmclose that should fix this. will go out with the next patch release #2893

Thanks for adding the tab:confirmclose option. I think it would be nice if the default were set to true, for safety by default that can be turned off by anyone who is annoyed by it.

Alternatively/additionally: An "undo close tab" command would be welcome.
