Grok support previously included a shared conformance framework and repository-wide gates. Following the review on #23, this draft separates the design discussion from the provider addition.
The proposal compares extending existing tests with a small opt-in behavioral helper. It recommends provider-local tests for now and sets acceptance criteria for a later helper. It excludes source-scanning and comment-phrase gates, and contains no framework implementation or runtime changes.
Validation: one tracked Markdown document, links and diff checked. No code tests are needed for this proposal-only change. This is for discussion, not a request to merge a framework.
