Summary by cubic

Adds the organization's recommended security workflows that were previously missing from this repository.

Adds six new workflows: dependency review, PR and full-branch OSV vulnerability scanning, a scanner smoke test, repo lint and format checks, and OpenSSF Scorecard supply-chain analysis. Once merged, these run automatically on matching PRs and pushes.

Security practices

  • Pins all third-party actions to commit SHAs.
  • Runs step-security/harden-runner with an audit egress policy in every workflow.
  • Defaults to contents: read permissions and only grants additional scopes where required.
  • Uploads SARIF results to GitHub code scanning where available.

Written for commit 10ee0cd. Summary will update on new commits.
