Reuses Wright's proven Release Please model with only the LPP-specific reduction: no binary artifact publishing and no crates.io flow.
Repository release SemVer follows the LPP protocol line (
v1.1.xfor LPP1.1,v1.2.0for LPP1.2,v2.0.0for breaking LPP2.0). Patch releases do not define a new wire version. Cargo package versions of conformance tooling remain independent.Changes are limited to
version.txt, Release Please manifest/config, and themainrelease workflow.
