fix(deps): update OPY owner crates to 0.1.6

Summary

• update opy-rs, opy-compiler, and opy-macro-js from 0.1.5 to 0.1.6
• preserve the published workshop-rs 0.1.11 boundary required by deltin-rs 0.1.1
• retain finding source paths when the updated compiler emits synthetic WIR values without value spans

Verification

• cargo fmt --all -- --check
• cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features --locked -- -D warnings
• cargo test --workspace --all-targets --all-features --locked (469 passed, 2 ignored)
• focused span-path test and independent ablation passed as expected

workshop-rs 0.1.16+ remains blocked until deltin-rs publishes a compatible owner release.
