Charts on every setup and watchlist entry; the e-mail task retired - #120

…e e-mail task retired tools/site_charts.py fetches the last 120 sessions of every ticker on the page (scan.download_history, cut at the scan's bar) into charts.json in the pages workflow; tools/build_site.py --charts draws inline SVG candlesticks with the buy zone, stop, target (named at the top when far above the bars) and the pattern's pivots parsed from the notes, on the card and under the watchlist. A failed fetch leaves the page without charts, never without a deploy. The 08:45 e-mail task was retired on 2026-09-09: daily-scan header, wiki 01, README updated. Tests (152), wiki 04, changelog. Summary
PR 4 of the website plan: a chart on every setup card and watchlist entry, so "verify on a chart" no longer sends the reader elsewhere. Also records that the e-mail task was retired today.
Charts
tools/site_charts.pyfetches the last 120 sessions of every ticker on the page withscan.download_history(the scan's own cleaning), cut at the scan's bar so the chart ends on the bar the card describes, and writescharts.json. Any failure is logged and skipped: the file is written regardless and the exit code stays 0, so the page builds and deploys without charts rather than not at all.tools/build_site.py --chartsdraws inline SVG candlesticks with the buy zone (entry to Max buy) as a band, the stop and the target as dashed lines with labels (a target more than 20 % above the bars is named at the top instead, so the bars keep their scale), and the pattern's pivots parsed from the notes (LS,head,RS;left rim, bottom, right rim, handle low; Wolfe points 1 to 5) marked where they printed. On the card between the levels and the action line; under the watchlist inside the anchors block.pagesworkflow gains the fetch step; the build step passes the file when it exists.E-mail retired. The 08:45 Israel scheduled task was deleted on 2026-09-09 (its prompt stays on disk). The
daily-scanheader, wiki 01 (scheduling) and the README pipeline diagram now describe the page as the delivery channel.Checked in the browser with the branch build's real bars (run 34330311124: bars for 6 of 6 symbols, charts on 6 rows): HAL's card shows the neckline breakout with LS, head and RS labelled, the buy zone band, and the stop and target lines.
Tests (152): pivot parsing on all three note formats, the chart (bars, levels, a clipped target, pivots inside and outside the window, ragged input), the page with and without charts, and the fetcher with the offline
yfinancestand-in (a missing symbol skipped, a raised download leaving an empty map and a zero exit).Test plan
