refactor(release): alpha.3 收束为单 npm 包发行

目标

从 0.1.0-alpha.3 起，将 Narratica 的源码模块边界与 npm 公共发行边界分离：

• 内部继续保留现有 17 个 pnpm workspace；
• npm 正式发行只发布 @narratica/narratica；
• alpha.1 / alpha.2 已发布的内部包保留，不删除、不 unpublish；
• 不改变 DSH Profile、Cordis 插件边界、Client Fiber、Story Repository 或三种创作模式。

方案

• 新增 ADR-010，固化“内部多包、对外单包”。
• release:prepare 在 staging 阶段把 Host Runtime 的内部 @narratica/* 实现 bundle 进入口包，第三方/DSH 依赖保持外部。
• Client 继续复用现有入口 bundle 机制，不改变六个内部 Fiber。
• 随 plugin-skill-pack 的 builtin/ 技能资源复制进入口 tarball，保持 import.meta.url 相对路径契约。
• 发行态入口 manifest 不再包含任何 @narratica/* dependency / optionalDependency / peerDependency，只保留从内部闭包汇总出的外部运行依赖。
• pack / publish 硬门禁要求 release manifest 只能有一个 @narratica/narratica。
• local / registry smoke 都只安装一个入口包，并检查 Profile lockfile 中不存在内部 npm 包。
• 普通 PR 继续跳过耗时 DSH Web smoke；release/* PR 保留完整单 tarball DSH Web smoke。

验收标准

• Release plan / manifest 正式发行包数量 = 1。
• 唯一包 = @narratica/narratica。
• tarball 中 7 个 Host runtime 已内联，不再 import 内部 npm 包。
• tarball 包含 novel / screenplay / drama builtin Skill 资源。
• 干净 DSH Profile 只安装入口 tarball 即可通过 Profile 契约并启动 Web。
• npm publish dry-run 只出现一个正式入口包。

当前为 Draft，不合并、不创建 Tag、不发布 npm。
