Framing lock: decision-model class, Jev dominant; README ends at License

Vocabulary lock (Basit 2026-09-21) plus README dump-wall hygiene. Human-facing one-liners and package README only. Does not bump 0.5.0. Does not densify research/notes.md or reopen fold PRs. invented_signal is untouched.

Framing lock

• Mandate: design judgment for the decision-model class (classifiers, encoders/decoders, specialized AR / constrained heads, vision/listwise scorers, and what TypeSafe calls System One).
• Exemplar: TypeSafe Jev (Choice / Score / Noul) is the dominant product most users will actually call. Name it early. Default recommended path. Peers are in the class; they are not equal in adoption.
• Not: a thin TypeSafe-Jev how-to. Not "System One" as a synonym that erases the rest of the class.
• Soft scores ≠ hard gates. Ranking ≠ calibration. Never launder a Noul as a proof. Formal methods remain one pillar among many.

Edited one-liners: README.md lede and De Morgan paragraph; docs/index.md title/kicker/lede (Pages grep string TypeSafe Jev Choice/Score/Noul kept); .claude-plugin/marketplace.json (0.5.0 pin stays); SKILL.md YAML description first clause and opening # Augustus paragraphs only; one Framing sentence on references/judgment-class.md.

README hygiene (Basit 2026-09-21 ~09:44 Boise)

The package README now ends at License. Uniqueness locks and hourly HIGH digests were deleted from README. They were not moved into CHANGELOG or Pages.

uniqueness_gate.py:

• README is no longer a uniqueness overlay.
• Fails if README holds uniqueness lock, Hourly/User-provided lock or HIGH prose after License, or long fold-residue paragraphs after License.
• Negative fixture: a synthetic README with a lock after License must fail.

Standing note in fold protocol (SKILL.md REVISIT, CONTRIBUTING.md, research/revisit-checklist.md): never append uniqueness locks or hourly HIGH digests to README.md; human-facing README stops at License.

README hygiene: package README ends at the clean ## License block (MIT / SECURITY / CONTRIBUTING only). uniqueness locks / Hourly HIGH dump wall stripped; not moved into CHANGELOG or Pages.

Gate: uniqueness_gate.py overlays=20; README is not an overlay. python uniqueness_gate.py → ok. Independent negative fixture: appending Hourly 0823 uniqueness lock after License fails. Replaying main’s post-License dump wall also fails (5 violations). python evaluate_decisions.py --self-test → ok. python research/revisit_fingerprints.py --self-test → ok.

Invariants: ranking ≠ calibration and soft Noul ≠ hard gate still in marketplace.json + CONTRIBUTING.md. No 0.5.0 bump. invented_signal / research/notes.md untouched. No densify dump walls reintroduced via this PR. GitHub Pages build check green.
