fix(antigravity): disable agy self-update for Host-started processes on Windows - #585
…on Windows
On Windows, agy's background self-updater re-runs agy (`--version`) from a
detached process. That console child opens a visible terminal window that
`windowsHide` cannot reach, so the periodic quota query and the Model catalog
probe briefly flashed a terminal on the desktop.
Set AGY_CLI_DISABLE_AUTO_UPDATE=true, agy's documented opt-out, for the agy
processes the Adapter starts on Windows, unless the user configured it. The
Harness update action (`agy update`) and the installer keep the unmodified
environment, so updates stay available and explicit.
