feat(antigravity): read native transcripts for usage statistics - #588
The machine-wide usage statistics listed Antigravity as not yet integrated
because no offline-readable native request usage had been verified. agy keeps
one transcript per Conversation at
~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/brain/<id>/.system_generated/logs/transcript.jsonl,
and each model request is a PLANNER_RESPONSE step carrying input_tokens,
cache_read_tokens, output_tokens and a UTC created_at.
Read those steps, read-only, as one entry per request. On Antigravity CLI
1.4.6 input_tokens excludes cache reads (a follow-up request's
cache_read_tokens is about the previous request's whole prompt), so input is
recombined to include them. transcript_full.jsonl and chunks/ repeat the same
steps and are skipped. The transcript records no model, cache writes,
thinking tokens or working directory, so those stay unknown. Entry IDs leave
out the Conversation, so copied history in a derived Conversation
deduplicates.

Only the transcript file itself was checked with lstat, so a
.system_generated or logs directory that is a link could point the read
outside agy's store. Both must now be real directories.
A listed transcript removed before it was opened made the read fail with
ENOENT, and the Host reported the Harness as failed instead of listing again.
Such a read now throws HarnessUsageSourceChangedError; other read errors
still propagate.

packages/adapters/antigravity/src/usage-statistics.ts，沿用现有 Grok / Hermes 读取器的写法。listSources：每个会话目录只读一个transcript.jsonl；同目录的transcript_full.jsonl和chunks/记录的是相同步骤，不读取。只调用opendir/lstat，不跟随符号链接；存储目录不存在时返回空列表。会话没有日志目录时跳过；.system_generated或logs是链接时也不读取，以免读到 agy 存储之外；权限等其他访问错误不会被当作没有会话，而是报告为读取失败。readSource：用jsonlRecords只解析含"input_tokens"的行，对话正文所在的行不解析。每次请求生成一条记录：sessionId取会话目录名；HarnessUsageSourceChangedError，由 Host 重新列举后重试。created_at、步骤序号和各项 Token 组成，不包含会话 ID，这样派生会话（分叉、回滚）复制过来的历史请求可以按 ID 去重。AntigravityAdapter与其他 Adapter 一样暴露usageStatistics；Host 侧不需要改动，也没有 Antigravity 专用分支。fork.ts把已有的路径拼接抽成nativeBrainRoot()供复用，行为不变。docs/product/usage-statistics.md：把 Antigravity 移入已接线的读取器，新增 Antigravity 一节，“暂未接入”表从四个减为三个。Related issues
