Scope
Publish the requested source-pinned UML Atlas through the existing Civ13 website and legacy GitHub Pages route. Adds one navigation entry, browsable reports and 20 diagram views (18 UML plus two explicitly labeled graphs), the original PDF and complete ZIP evidence download.
Source audited: Civ13/Civ13@5bf3512. Static-only and non-exhaustive runtime coverage caveats are prominent. No game/server, redirect, DNS, branch-protection, paid-service or feature-activation changes.
Verification
Publication requested on civ13.com, which currently leads to this Pages site. Current master fe0b2fd is already deployed; no unrelated pending site changes included. Verify exact-head CI and public assets after merge.
