We do not require that everyone participating in ITP is eligible to enroll as a trainee. But we do require that to have completed the Onboarding module you must have applied. Frame success as _applying_ to enroll as a trainee, rather than framing success as contingent on being positively enrolled as a trainee. We want everyone to apply. It's ok if not everyone is eligible. But we're trying to anchor people to a path of applying.

What does this change?
Putting this up so people can see it, though I still have some things we need to work on, principally:
Things I have done
Scoped down the number of things to do massively. Simplified the coursework repo to 2 assignments. Provided much more scaffolding in those assignments. Reduced the requirements in them too.
Bumped Code in Place to the next module. Removed anything distracting from the main goal, which is to enroll as a trainee.
Rewritten all the day plans to be much much more directive. Brought in activities from Fundamentals and Induction.
Rewritten all the prep to use the goals expectations help pattern from tracks/piscine
Numbered all the coursework to show the best order
Removed anything that can't be done on a library computer
Gone to two libraries to complete the assignments
Done a video on dot dev
Created a "welcome" day as per Barath's request
Written a new workshop https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/Developer-Specs
Pressed forward and rewrote all the coursework for Module 2 as well to address the ripples and complaints
Sent this to a few trainees to get feedback
Hawked around volunteers and staff for feedback and made as many changes as pos
