Description
Fixes ec2 metadata server on osx. This apparently was just a path issue on the imports. I included some tests, but admittedly they are AI Generated with Claude Opus 4.5. However overlooking them they seemed reasonable so let me know if there are any adjustments needed.
I built and tested this locally and it is working as expected.
