Introduce AnonymousEditError for anonymous-edit attempts and import it in helpers. Replace generic Exception raised on anonymous token with AnonymousEditError and use MaxRetriesReachedException for SPARQL retry exhaustion. Keeps error semantics clearer and improves exception specificity.
