Bind Cooking nutrition and delayed actions to character sessions

Cooking nutrition and queued player actions previously resolved whichever character happened to be active when work finished. They now retain the shared ready character session and player connection, so switching A → B → A, reconnecting, or losing the provider cannot apply an old action to the replacement body.

• Initialize nutrition from the shared session-start event and match RPCharacters nutrition storage to the same owner and character UUID. Retain the existing food/diet JSON and meal-variety PDC format.
• Recheck ownership across save, HUD and MMOCore callbacks. Keep HUD synchronization scoped to the session. Grant vanilla food/cup nutrition after consumption; spend custom milk buckets before nutrition callbacks.
• Guard delayed cup, saturation, crop-inventory, bundle, harvest and sausage actions. Return committed harvest output, reserved seeds and sausage output at the captured original location when the actor becomes stale. Furniture/world processing continues independently.
• Pin TLibs 2.3.0 and RPCharacters 2.16.0, with an early API compatibility check.

Validation: mvn clean verify passed with 1,117 tests, no failures/errors/skips, and 100% line coverage (15,144 lines); runtime JAR validation passed. Regression cases cover pending/absent providers, repeated activation, reconnects, provider changes, callback reentry, consumption ordering and original-location output/refunds. Independent Astra review completed; no outstanding findings. Paper gameplay validation belongs to the later pinned local integration run.
