Suppress dated child-page listings on spec section pages - #37

Conversation
The theme's blog-style section listing rendered undated generated pages grouped under year 0001. Adds a showChildPages front-matter switch (default true), sets it false on the two spec section pages whose contents are hand-curated, and disables article dates site-wide; the spec's own version table is the date authority. Reading time stays. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Post-deploy fix: /spec/ and /spec/web/ rendered the theme's blog-style child listing, grouped under "0001" with "1 January 0001" dates, because the generated spec pages carry no date and Hugo's zero date filled in.
list.htmlgains ashowChildPagesfront-matter switch (default true, so any future section that wants a listing keeps it)article.showDate = falsesite-wide: individual pages were also stamping "1 January 0001" in their headers, and the spec's version table is the real date authority. Reading time is kept.Verified in a local build: no "0001"/"January" artifacts, listing markup gone from both section pages.
(The CI self-test timeout fix briefly mentioned in an earlier edit of this description landed separately in #38.)
