Raise self-test scan timeout for the multi-page spec - #38

The restructure took the site from 3 pages to 14+, so the polite full afdocs scan exceeds the helper's 120s default hook timeout in CI (it runs in ~22s locally; the gap is worth watching). 360s gives headroom. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes the CI failure in run 34786672061: the restructure took the scanned site from 3 pages to 14+, and the polite full afdocs scan now exceeds the vitest helper's 120s default hook timeout, which skipped all 23 checks. Passes an explicit 360s timeout.
Verified locally: the full self-test passes in ~22s from a residential connection. That gap (22s local vs 120s+ in CI) is worth watching on the next few runs; if CI durations trend toward the new limit rather than settling around 2 minutes, something is throttling datacenter traffic to the origin, which would be worth investigating in its own right.
(This commit was originally pushed to the #37 branch moments after that PR merged, so it gets its own PR; #37's description mentions it but its merge did not include it.)
