Moves the home page's share section nearer the top. The order is now:

  1. Hero
  2. Every city, so far.
  3. Who's writing the code, live.
  4. Made to be shown off. (README card, clip, link preview, embed)
  5. Real history, drawn to scale.
  6. Run it yourself.
  7. FAQ, closing

What changed: the #share and #read blocks swap places in web/public/index.html. It is a pure move. Sorted, the file has the same lines as main, and the diff is 19 lines out and the same 19 back in.

Checked:

  • No nav link, script, style or test depends on the order. The only in-page anchor is the hero pill to #live, which is unchanged.
  • Headless screenshots at 1280 px and 412 px show the new order, with the cards stacking in one column on a phone.
  • Cost: the section's README card (/api/card, s-maxage 3600) and link preview (/api/og, s-maxage 86400) are CDN-cached and lazy-loaded. More visitors will now scroll to them, but repeat views do not run a function.

The share section (README card, clip, link preview, embed) now follows the
live timeline, nearer the top, and how to read a city comes after it. It is
a pure move: the page keeps the same lines. No nav link, script, style or
test depends on the order, and the card and preview images the section
loads are CDN-cached.

A city built from a browser was listed in the gallery but sat below the
featured cities: under two rows on the home page and the ten-city Featured
shelf on /explore, so whoever built it couldn't find it.

city.js now keeps the last 24 cities this browser built in localStorage.
site.js puts them, and your own city when signed in, first in the gallery
list with a "yours" badge. /explore gets a Yours shelf above Featured. A
city that has fallen out of the gallery's 60 latest builds still shows,
from the browser's copy. Visitors who haven't built anything see the same
page as before. The privacy section says the list stays in the browser.

Also moves #15's section swap into web/site/index.html, the source that
web/scripts/site.mjs stamps the page from. #15 edited only the generated
page, so CI's "committed builds are up to date" check has failed since.
