Apply the kill-ai-slop checklist to the console. Visual polish and copy only; no behavior, backend, or API change.

• Type: --text-caption 11 px → 12 px and --text-xs aliased to it, so small text is one step (body 13 / caption 12) instead of 11/12/13. Non-Logs call sites use text-caption; TYPE_SCALE_PX and DESIGN.md updated.
• Radius/shadow: rounded-2xl/3xl → rounded-xl/rounded-lg on Access sections, OptionTiles, check-in records list, account error box; Toaster shadow-lg → shadow-overlay.
• One-hue status boxes (tell 05): account last-error and update-status boxes use neutral surfaces; state stays in the icon/text.
• Decorative color: available-account count, SQLite checklist icons and Keys "all providers" pill are neutral.
• Copy: removed the em dash in accountTypeCommandGlobalHint (en).

Untouched on purpose (concurrent fix/no-skeleton-fade): useSkeletonSwap / useSkeletonExit / useGsapReveal, PageSkeletons, skeleton placeholders, and all of LogsPage (its text-xs lands on 12 px through the alias).
