fix(contacts): handle CHECKSUM_DRIFT from GetFlipcashContacts#818

When the server returns CHECKSUM_DRIFT, perform a full upload to reconcile and retry once. Previously the error was silently logged, leaving flipcashE164s stale and contacts permanently stuck in the Flipcash section after e.g. a phone unlink on another device.
