The main screen is always visible while connected. It has three zones: the trackpad, the scroll strip, and the quick-action bar at the bottom.
| Gesture | Action |
|---|---|
| Single finger drag | Move mouse cursor |
| Tap (quick, no movement) | Left click |
| Hold without moving | Right click (after ~300 ms) |
The trackpad uses incremental delta tracking — each finger movement translates directly to cursor movement, like a laptop trackpad, not an absolute position map.
The narrow strip on the right side of the trackpad is a dedicated scroll lane. Single-finger drag up/down sends scroll events. This avoids the reliability problems with two-finger scroll in mobile browsers.
| Gesture | Action |
|---|---|
| Drag up | Scroll up |
| Drag down | Scroll down |
Three buttons below the trackpad for explicit clicks:
| Button | Action |
|---|---|
| Left | Left mouse click |
| Mid | Middle mouse click |
| Right | Right mouse click |
Under the trackpad, four buttons for the things you want without leaving it:
| Button | Action |
|---|---|
| ⌨ (keyboard) | Open text input sheet |
| ▶ / ⏸ (play/pause) | Toggle play/pause |
| 🔉 (volume down) | Volume −6 steps |
| 🔊 (volume up) | Volume +6 steps |
The bar along the bottom switches sections: Pad · Media · Nav · Apps · Tune. The strip at the top switches devices — PC or any TV you've added (see TV and IR Control) — and each device has its own section bar. Sections are persistent tabs, not a sheet, so nothing is hidden behind a gesture.
Deep links work too: ?tab=media opens straight to a section, ?device=tv&tab=nav straight to the TV. Handy for a home-screen bookmark.
Full playback controls:
| Button | Action |
|---|---|
| ⏮ (prev) | Previous track |
| ↩10 (back 10) | Seek back 10 seconds |
| ▶ / ⏸ (play/pause) | Toggle — large accent button |

| ⏭ (next) | Next track |
| 🔇 / 🔊 (mute toggle) | Mute / unmute |
| Volume slider | Drag to set volume |
| Stop | Stop playback |
| Fullscreen | Toggle fullscreen (F11) |
