Addressing #22 with addition of SBOM generation.
Takes place on default branch commits and pull requests and generates the SBOM output from the LVPROJ and its dependencies. Requires use of
JKI VI Package Manager 2026Q3.Initial draft runs the JKI CLI script structure referenced here: https://docs.vipm.io/latest/sbom/getting-started/
File is created then a script is used to render that to an
HTMLformat that will need to be included in the dashboard at some point.
