Matrix legs upload coverage under the same run id, and the first non-parallel upload closes the Coveralls build, so slower legs get rejected with "Can't add a job to a build that is already closed". Mark uploads as parallel and close the build in a final job. Seen in cats-helper and play-json-tools.
