`get_macro_run` to check the run before doing anything else. Do not repeat the
task through another tool: the first run may already have had effects.

### Correcting a draft during review

If a prepared macro has an obvious problem, describe the correction with
`revise_macro`, supplying its `macroId`, exact current draft `version`, and
plain-language `feedback`. For example: "Return only the title, not the entire
tool response." The equivalent command is
`@typeagent recipe revise <macroId> <version> <feedback>`.

The revision job retains the original recording and earlier immutable drafts.
It regenerates the macro and version-targeted grammar, then compiles and checks
the program against independently derived fixtures that include the correction.
The verifier does not see either draft's source. Corrections can adjust the
macro's inputs, description and output within the supported recorded tool
contracts; they cannot authorize new tools, effects, credentials or bypass checks.
Unsupported changes fail explicitly instead of publishing a partial fix.

Use `get_macro_learning_job` with the returned `jobId` to inspect progress.
The equivalent command is `@typeagent recipe status <jobId>`.
Only `needsReview` means the revised draft is ready to inspect. Review the
returned version with `inspect_macro` and `validate_macro`, then explicitly
approve that version with `approve_macro`. Revised drafts never auto-publish,
even under Read-only or All. Earlier drafts cannot be approved while a
correction is pending or after a newer draft is saved. Another correction can
be requested after review is ready, or after a revision fails; feedback
accumulates across revisions. Approved macros must be recorded again to change
their behavior.

In a configured host, a matching natural-language request can also run the current
approved macro. See the [plugin setup guide](https://github.com/microsoft/TypeAgent/blob/main/ts/packages/copilot-plugin/README.md#tool-composed-macros)
for recording and learning commands.

grammar catalog. The grammar targets that anticipated approved version, not the
authoring draft version.

`MacroManager.reviseMacro({ macroId, version, feedback })` queues a
plain-language correction of the current learned draft. The original recording
and saved versions remain immutable; a new version goes through grounded
authoring, regenerated grammar, independent fixtures and checked compilation.
`MacroLearningJob.review` records the accumulated feedback and target draft
version. The independent verifier receives `learning.reviewFeedback`, not a
previous implementation. Revised drafts always stop at `needsReview` for
explicit approval, regardless of the workspace's automatic publication mode.
Pending or failed corrections cannot approve the original draft. Unsupported
changes fail explicitly without executing business tools or weakening the
captured capability contracts.

Grounded `MacroStep`, `ValueExpression`, execution-class and postcondition
metadata remain as authoring/audit evidence. `replayable` means the captured tool
was inspectable by TypeAgent; `agentRequired` denotes an unavailable capability.
