Quest-Claim: 280958874fc6f06d
The output already publishes every video encoder OBS attaches as its own catalog rendition. Document the OBS setting that attaches them for any service (WHIPSimulcastTotalLayers), how to drive it and the MoQ service over obs-websocket, and why Enhanced Broadcasting cannot. The plugin confirms moq_service with server/key settings, multitrack output capability, per-encoder rendition ownership, encoded dimensions and CBR-only catalog bitrate hints. The docs distinguish the dock's single-rendition path from the native streaming path.

Problem
The quest asked whether
