🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win

Bound the CONNECT acknowledgment wait.

If a peer withholds acknowledgment of the CONNECT DATA or FIN but keeps the QUIC connection active, send.stopped().await remains pending. The teardown grace never starts, and the spawned task retains the session and its HTTP/3 state. QUIC activity can keep the idle timer from ending this wait. Add a separate, longer acknowledgment deadline that closes the connection if delivery cannot be confirmed. (docs.rs)

Review comment at @web-transport-moq/src/session.rs at line 487:
Bound the wait at send.stopped().await with a separate, longer acknowledgment
deadline; if delivery is not confirmed before it expires, close the QUIC
connection so the spawned task cannot retain the session indefinitely.
