fix(land): give the check its base commit; harden the fixer's import - #304
Prepares moq-dev/moq's move onto the land daemon. moq's check, just ci "$BASE", chooses its suites by diffing against the base.
Changes
Sandbox contract:<sandbox> <checkout> <base-sha>, with QUEST_LAND_BASE set. The check's standalone clone is fetched at depth links + 1, so it contains the base and git diff <base> and git merge-base work. There's still no remote and no alternates. quest's own wrapper ignores $2.
Fixer import:
fetch.fsckObjects=true;
pack indexes are rebuilt with git index-pack rather than trusting the fixer's. That's not --strict, because one pack may refer to another not yet indexed; fsck already checks every object and link on import.
Attribution: the fix is credited by the recorded agent in its ## Review line only. The author's (written by …) lines stay as written.
Checks
just check and just test pass (705 CLI and 426 Worker tests).
Review
Codex wrote the base contract and the import hardening.
Claude Opus 5.5 reviewed them in a sub-agent and found two issues:
strict re-indexing depended on pack order and would have handed back valid fixes;
the attribution cleanup removed the author's own lines.
I fixed both.
quest review --base origin/main (Codex gpt-6.1-sol, medium), round 1 on head 0175469: no findings.
Retain the shallow chain through its base and pass plan.base.sha as the sandbox's second argument and QUEST_LAND_BASE. Document the contract and cover diff visibility, merge-base, and standalone isolation for single- and multi-PR batches.
Rebuild fixer pack indexes with index-pack --strict, enable fetch.fsckObjects, use the recorded agent in fixer wording, and replace stacked PR body attributions.
… attribution
Strict index-pack failed when one pack refers to another not yet indexed, which
would hand back valid fixes; fetch.fsckObjects already checks every object and
link on import. The fix is credited only in its Review line, so the author's
own (written by ...) lines stay.

Walkthrough
The sandbox now receives a standalone shallow checkout that includes the tested tip and the commit chain through the planned base. The launch passes the base SHA as an argument and in QUEST_LAND_BASE, with only PATH and LANG in the environment. Fixer collection rebuilds pack indexes and enables fetched-object checks. Fixer comments and PR review lines use the recorded agent and model attribution. Tests cover sandbox history and inputs, pack handling, and attribution.

Assert every selected link path in the sandbox diff.
For three queued PRs, the fixture creates file-1.txt and file-2.txt, but the current assertion checks only file-1.txt. A regression that omits file-2.txt can still pass. Check the complete changed-path set. This validates paths only, not file contents.

Update the sandbox assertion in the `test.each` case to compare the complete
changed-path set between the base and `HEAD` against the files for all selected
links, using `links` to determine the expected paths. Replace the
`file-1.txt`-only check so the test validates paths without asserting file
contents.

CodeRabbit on #304: the README still claimed index-pack --strict; the import
relies on fetch.fsckObjects for broken-object and link checks.

#304 gives land checks QUEST_LAND_BASE, and quest agent forwarded it, so every
quest batch failed its own agent tests. Like QUEST_GATE_ADMITTED, it describes
the caller's gate, not the agent's work.
