Land fixer canary, half 1. This pairs with canary/caller, which adds a call to the old name. Each passes CI alone, and a batch of both fails
tsc. That forces one live run of the host gate's fixer.Expected outcome: this PR is healthy on its own and is requeued unchanged. The other gets a mechanical fix that follows the rename. Both then land.
