Overview of Changes

@qawolf/api-contracts 0.77.0 (published to npmjs) adds public contracts for screenshot comparisons and baselines. The CLI generates commands from the contracts, so this bump adds qawolf run listScreenshotComparisons, qawolf run acceptScreenshotBaseline and qawolf run restoreScreenshotBaseline. Platform PR qawolf/platform#34308 will bump @qawolf/cli after this releases.

• Pin @qawolf/api-contracts to 0.77.0 and update bun.lock.
• Regenerate skills/qawolf-cli/SKILL.md and references/run-results.md.
• Add a minor-release changeset.

Other contract changes between 0.74.0 and 0.77.0 that reach the CLI:

• qawolf run optOutOfInvestigation is a new generated command. It marks failed flows of a run as "do not investigate".
• qawolf issue removeFlows now also removes bug and maintenance report reproductions, and takes an optional --environment-id. The generator fills it from QAWOLF_ENVIRONMENT, as it does for every environmentId.
• qawolf run get has a new flows[].failure.optedOutOfInvestigation field. qawolf investigation get has screenshot baseline fields on findings and a baselineChanges mode.
• The runner.* contract changes are description and type-order changes only. These commands are hand-written, and typecheck passes.

All checks passed, including 2,673 tests. The help snapshots did not change, because they list only the command groups.

• bun run dev -- run listScreenshotComparisons --help, run acceptScreenshotBaseline --help, run restoreScreenshotBaseline --help and run optOutOfInvestigation --help show the expected flags.
• node dist/cli.js run listScreenshotComparisons --help works from the built bundle.
