fix(i18n): update the child photo picker hint in every locale - #1065

The picker now offers any entity with a picture, not only a person, but only en.json said so. The other nine locales still told parents to pick the child's person.

Follow-up to #1062. The "Photo from" picker now offers any entity with a picture, not only a person, but only
en.jsonhad the updated hint (panel.child_picture_entity_hint). This bringsda,de,en-GB,fr,nb,nn,pl,ptandpt-BRin line, using each locale's existing word for "entity".No key changes, so the translation parity check is unaffected.
