Adds Czech translations for the recent user-visible upstream changes: voice profiles, table-reading verbosity settings, revised Gemini API consent/terms text, and tutorial setting paths renamed by BackTalk.
Existing Czech strings already added upstream for other changes in the range are not duplicated. Android format placeholders, XLIFF markup, escaped newlines/XML semantics, and Backtalk branding are preserved.
