Board 109's 96-vertex circular outline produces 19,985 void rectangles, including 14,696 with a width or height below the existing
EPS = 1e-9. Those rectangles are subsequently padded for board-edge clearance and inserted into every routing layer's obstacle index. This reproduction adds only the captured outline fixture, a regression test, and the native seeding solver's full-board SVG snapshot with actual board-edge clearance. The test requires a compact decomposition without slivers and checks that exterior points stay blocked while interior points remain free. No production code changes.
Synced with rectdiff main (
38873c5) ina9df408, preserving the newer projection, expansion, and spatial-index optimizations. The expected failing regression is unchanged.Original reproduction validation on Bun 1.4.2, macOS ARM:
git diff --checkpass.Received: 19985; CI format and type checks pass.Reproduce:
bun install bun test tests/compute-inverse-rects-board109.test.ts --timeout 9999999Fixture source: captured board109 SRJ, reduced to outline, bounds, trace width, and board-edge clearance. Related edge-indexing work: #164 and tscircuit/tscircuit-autorouter#3135.
Conventions: existing Bun/SVG snapshot setup and
test-assets/fixture location; new helpers follow the handbook, including module scope, domain names, and the two-parameter rule.
