• The macOS title-bar leading inset was multiplied by the in-app UI scale, but the traffic lights are native and do not scale, so the icon slid under them at scale < 1. The inset is now a fixed 80 on macOS.
• Postgres connect attempts are logged with `debugPrint` (host, port, db, user, SSL/SSH flags, never the password), and a failed attempt logs the raw error and stack. Previously the raw error was lost inside the wrapped message.

Not verified on a Mac; the inset needs a visual check there.
