The Czech-specific lint issue has been fixed in commit The latest CI run now has:
So there are no remaining Czech-specific lint errors in this PR. The remaining lint failures are unrelated to the Czech localization changes. |

Adds Czech localization for the new user-visible scripting/plugin strings introduced in
strings_scripts.xml: Scripts settings, import/install/update dialogs, permissions, management, compatibility warnings, inspection tools, and command bindings.All Android format placeholders and XLIFF markup are preserved; XML semantics are unchanged. Backtalk branding follows the existing Czech localization.
