Microsoft Graph Integration

The Microsoft Graph integration allows Quickfire to read email data from Microsoft 365 mailboxes and use it as contextual intelligence throughout the system.

This integration is read-focused and designed to give visibility without interfering with how users actually send email.

What This Integration Does

Quickfire can retrieve:

  • Recent inbound and outbound emails
  • Email metadata across multiple shared mailboxes
  • Context for AI summaries and activity feeds

Emails are searched using optimized Graph queries to keep performance high even with large mailboxes.

How It Shows Up in Quickfire

Email data appears in:

  • Client Recent Emails
  • Contact views
  • AI Client Info summaries
  • Recent Activity reports
  • Outlook search utilities

Quickfire does not replace Outlook. It complements it by surfacing context where you need it.

Configuration Overview

Configuration is done under Settings → Integrations → Email.

You’ll specify:

  • Graph API credentials
  • Which mailboxes should be monitored
  • Permissions for read access

Multiple mailboxes can be configured to support team-based workflows.

Why It Matters

Email is where most insurance work actually happens. This integration makes that work visible without forcing users to forward, copy, or manually summarize anything.
