OpenAI
The OpenAI integration powers Quickfire’s AI features, including summaries, extraction, automation, and intelligent workflows.
It is not a chatbot bolted onto the side. It is a core engine used across the platform.
OpenAI is used to:
- Generate client summaries
- Summarize calls and emails
- Extract structured data from text
- Power task agents and automations
- Assist with proposal and document workflows
Different models are used for different jobs, balancing speed, cost, and accuracy.
AI-powered features appear throughout the system:
- Client Info and Recent Activity
- Call summaries and transcriptions
- Smart agents and action buttons
- Proposal preparation and data cleanup
- Search and navigation assistance
AI outputs are always explainable and traceable back to their source data.
Configured under Settings → Integrations → AI.
You’ll provide:
- An OpenAI API key
- Optional model preferences
- Usage and safety settings
Keys can be rotated without redeploying the application.
AI in Quickfire is not about novelty. It’s about removing friction, reducing re-keying, and giving staff better context faster.
