PR #106 — Slice Config Module & Generator CLI
Adds
linumpy.io.slice_configmodule and thelinum_generate_slice_configscript used by #87 (interpolation finalise) and #108 (Nextflow per-slice routing).Stacks on #108 because the workflow consumes the generated config; functionally independent of #108's Nextflow refactor.
